Community Fundraising Assistance

Over 600 organizations annually receive American Musical Theatre of San Jose’s fundraising support!
American Musical Theatre of San Jose (AMTSJ) proudly supports the fundraising efforts of schools, service organizations, and other non-profit groups by donating one certificate good for two tickets to one of four AMTSJ-produced shows per season, per organization as identified by the group’s federal tax identification number. AMTSJ is pleased to assist with local organization's fundraising efforts from one non-profit to another in order to build community partnerships and provide cultural enrichment through the performing arts. For this particular program, AMTSJ only serves Santa Clara County. This is due to the large volume of requests. We ask that organizations thank American Musical Theatre of San Jose in the event’s program and other print materials as a way to show appreciation. Tickets to our shows are based on availability.
Please submit your request in writing on the organization's letterhead and be sure to include your not-for-profit status, the date of your fundraising event, the address to which you would like the donation mailed, and your organization’s federal tax identification number. Please submit requests at least two months prior to event and allow two weeks for processing time between when we receive the request and mail the donation certificate.
